Our Story

Every basketball journey starts somewhere.

For some players, it starts in a schoolyard. For others, it’s a friend handing them a basketball and saying, “Come, let’s play.”

For many young people in our community, however, the biggest challenge is simply having a proper place and equipment to develop.

At Stallions Basketball Club, we want to change that.

We are building a junior basketball programme that gives young people in Pacaltsdorp and surrounding communities the opportunity to learn, develop and grow through basketball.

But to start, we need the most basic and most important piece of equipment:

A hoop.

Actually, we need two.

We are launching our Back a Buddy Campaign with one simple goal: raise R20,000 to purchase two portable basketball hoops for our junior programme.
