On Sunday 8 August 2010 I will be taking part in the 2010 London Triathlon. This year I have decided to include an extra challenge to my race (as always with 94.7) which will make my participation that much more meaningful. I have decided to raise funds for an organization called MaAfrika Tikkun. I am appealing to family members, friends and colleagues to sponsor me in my challenge in aid of MaAfrika Tikkun.
