HI Everyone

Well I'm back on my bike and riding hard for the CHOC Cows again. This year the CHOC Cows are aiming to raise R4 million to refurbish the Childrens Oncology Department @ the Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital in Soweto. As most of you know the CHOC cause is something very close to me, and they really do a great amount of work for all these kids 

Over the past year I have realised more than ever just how hard it is to fight this dreaded disease we call Cancer, and for little kids its even worse. So I again be wearing my Cow suit to support CHOC in the hope that we can give these kids a better chance to win their battles, by ensuring the Oncology wards have everything they need to help these kids.

I know you have all been so great over the past year, but I ask you again, this time not for me, but for the kids, to dig deep and help us raise the money we need
