Life is only a stepping stone and we are here for a limited time. There is so much to be thankful for and I maintain no matter how "bad" things are there is always somebody worse off than you.

I choose to make a difference 1day at a time, if we all adopt that attitude, imagine the difference it will make.

Treat everyday as it is your last, dont live in the past, move forward, be positive, love coffee, love pizza, love biltong, forget about your weight, surf if you must, ride it like you stole it, never give up, if you dont dream its not worth living......

God First the rest will fall in place.
