On Sunday 14 March 2010 it is again time for the CAPE ARGUS PICK N PAY CYCLE TOUR, and yet again Frederik and I are brave (or stupid) enough to tackle the 109km route around Cape Town that is as spectacular as it is grueling.

We would like to support KIBWE KIDS by participating in the race.  

Kibwe Kids was established in 2007 with the vision to rescue and stabilize orphaned infants. Kibwe Kids established a baby home in Kayamandi, Stellenbosch. Here 15 orphaned babies and vulnerable children (often badly abused and raped) are given the opportunity to receive medical attention, love and the opportunity to grow up in a safe environment. There are also kids homes in Senekal and Rosettenville.
