Personal message
I will be running in this year's London Marathon in order to raise funds for a very worthwhile charity - the Adonis Musati Project. I have been a regular contributor to this charity in a personal capacity and would like to get others involved, even in the smallest possible way. I have witnessed first hand how very little can go a very long way in improving the livelihood in South Africa of so many helpless refugees who have landed here without capacity or choice.

Adonis Musati Project |
The Adonis Musati Project (AMP) was named after a young Zimbabwean who died of starvation on the streets of Cape Town whilst waiting to get his asylum papers. Formed in 2007, AMP exists to assist refugees who face a similar plight in Cape Town. |
