CANSA Relay For Life is part of an international movement that unites cancer survivors and the communities that care about them. It offers everyone in a community, both young and old, the opportunity to participate in the fight against cancer and to honour those who have been touched by cancer. It is an opportunity for SURVIVORS and their loved ones to fight against cancer together.It is also for those who have lost loved ones to cancer
The CANSA relay for life is an event that is an essential fundraiser for cancer but much more than this it is held in honour of those who have survived cancer/ are fighting cancer/ have passed away due to cancer. This event will take place over night from the 3rd to the 4th of September at the sports grounds of the Denel Properties, Irene Campus in Centurion, where participants walk around a track to support the cause of cancer.
The St.Stithians interact club will be supporting the event as well as entering teams to raise funds for charity. We will take part throughout the race and would really appreciate the help with funds for a worthy cause. For more information on the event visit http://www.cansa-corporate-relay.co.za
