I am running the London Marathon in April 2011 to raise money for Starfish Greathearts Foundation - which takes care of Aids orphans in South Africa.

The Starfish story is a lovely one - based on the principle that you can make a difference to the lives of individual children.

Starfish Greathearts Foundation is an international development charity, aiming to bring life, hope and opportunity to orphaned and vulnerable children in South Africa. Motivated by our founding parable, Starfish believes that each of us can make a difference to the lives of South African children orphaned or left vulnerable by HIV/AIDS. Starfish is making a significant impact in many communities across South Africa, working through non-governmental and community-based organizations. These organizations provide various services to the children: home visits, counseling, access to education and social grants, amongst others.
