We're building a kitchen for Protea South Primary School and we need YOUR help, PLEASE!.Protea South Primary School is based in Soweto,with 1200 learners. Whilst some pupils come from average income families, the majority come from informal settlements and so are seriously challenged by socio-economic issues such as impoverishment, poverty, unemployment, destitution and malnutrition, Child headed families, due to HIV/AIDS, and other dreadful diseases. Most of the learners do not qualify for the child support grant due to not having birth certificates. The children come to school hungry and depend on the school feeding scheme to survive. Your help is desperately needed and any donation will be used to improve the life of a deserving child. Please be generous.

Protea South Primary School |
The school was built in 1993, we have a headcount of 1200 learners, both boys and girls from the age of 6 to 15. Our grades are from R to grade 7 and we try to provide the basic education for each child.. The School community we serve is seriously challenged with socio economic issues but we are committed to exposing learners to the best possible education by means of innovative and teaching technologies in an environment that strives to deliver strong social values and excellent academic discipline. |
