We are pupils from St. Stithians Boys College. We are planning to ride in the 94.7 Cycle Challenge in Johannesburg on 15 November 2009 - many of us for the first time!
We, the cyclists, are putting in all this sweat and tears on our bikes in order to raise funds for the St. Stithians College Interact Club of 2009/2010. The Interact Club is a junior branch of Rotary International. It is a student-run body that does community service and raises funds for selected charities. This year we are raising funds in order to build a house with Habitat for Humanity. We are also supporting Christ Church, a charity for orphaned children. With your donations we can help them financially as well as giving of our time helping with homework and other activities.
We would really appreciate it if you could support us in our efforts by making a donation to help us reach our target amount. There is a barometer indicating our fundraising progress to date. We hope that this will be an easy and secure way for you to use your credit card and make a donation, thereby assisting us with our fundraising efforts. Any comments you wish to make are also posted on this page alongside your contribution.
