The 24th of May is the day we run Comrades Marathon 2009……Only 3 days to go!!!

In this year’s comrades, I will be running in support of and to assist raise funds for the

(Children in the Wilderness Mkambati) www.easigiving.co.za.

I therefore ask you to help me, to help the children help themselves.
