Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.
This year, I have decided to join The Cows and raise funds for CHOC by riding the Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge on 21 November 2010 dressed in a Cow outfit. We are targeting raising more than R4 million to upgrade the pediatric oncology wards at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital. The pediatric oncology wards at Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital provide hundreds of children from across South Africa with treatment for cancer.
My best friend, Kerrin Bain and her husband, Grant, started this initiative. They lost their beautiful daughter, Jess, to cancer at 20 months. My exercise regime normally involves both my feet being fixed firmly to the ground, but I have decided to join the herd this year to raise funds for children in need. Please support me on this amazing venture - I have already bought the bike so there is no turning back now!
