Little Fighters Cancer Trust
The Little Fighters Cancer Trust assist Children with Cancer and their Families. Some of the assistance we offer includes:
- 24 Hour emotional support via phone, email, social networks and in person, where possible
- Assistance with transport to and from hospitals, whether this means paying for petrol, bus tickets, taxi fares or driving families ourselves
- LFCT sources and pays for specialized medications, medical equipment and foods
- We provide families with day to day assistance by means of food, personal hygiene products, cleaning materials, clothes, bedding and appliances needed to care for a Child with Cancer
-Little Fighters Cancer Trust assist families affected by Childhood Cancer with the needs of any siblings as far as school stationary and clothes are concerned
-We organise outings and activities for Children with Cancer and their Families, or will entertain groups of Childhood Cancer Fighters from Children's Homes and Places of Safety
-Little Fighters Cancer Trust is renown for the Hospital Outreaches we do where Care Bags filled with necessities will be handed out to children and mothers at Pediatric Oncology Wards, whether they are listed with LFCT for assistance or not
