To Register your organisation with BackaBuddy,

simply provide us with the following information online:

         The name and designation and contact details of the officer within the organisation authorised to sign on behalf of the organisation, and:

• The registered address of your organisation.
• Your organisation's NPO (non-profit organisation) number and/or PBO (public benefit organisation) number and South African Revenue Service tax registration number.
• The date that your organisation's accounting period ends – February 28, for example.
• A brief overview (no more than 250 words) of your organisation's activities.

What will happen next?

Once you have applied online, you will receive an email confirming your username and password.

This email will also contain a form that you should print out, complete and fax to BackaBuddy on 0866 000 992 or +27 (0)11 447 4677. This facilitates payment of donations received into your bank account.

Your charity will become active on the BackaBuddy system upon receipt of your completed forms.
