Anton du Plessis, Vice President Business Development AEGIS BPO Holdings SA made a decision on his 50th birthday to realise a dream - climbing the highest point in Africa. Anton's dream has given rise to the 'Kilimanjaro Challenge" In realising the dream, Anton decided not to focus on the physical challenges of the climb but rather on the significance of it. In every small step and each little victory along the path of training, he realised that the climb had taken on a greater meaning.  That meaning culminated in his deciding to climb in aid of a worthy charity and to include and involve AEGIS. The AEGIS ethos of being involved in meaningful activities gave rise to the initiative to partake and sponsor THE AEGIS 2010 Kilimanjaro Challenge for Noah's Ark Project.

The objective is to involve and include as many people possible. The challenge will start on the 22nd of October 2010. The 4 kilometer vertical climb then became the real challenge, with Anton anticipating reaching the summit on the 28th of October 2010.

Anton's challenge is to summit. We are putting the challenge to you to be part of this climb. Share in this experience and opportunity. Rise to the challenge and involve as many people as possible.
