100 Books, 100 Smiles: My 67 Minutes Goal

My name is Leanne Haigh, and I am a passionate creator of children’s activity and coloring books. While I enjoy designing these in my spare time, this project is particularly close to my heart. This year, for my "67 Minutes" contribution for Mandela Day, I am dedicating my time and creativity to bringing joy to children living in local shelters.

I have personally designed and produced a series of custom coloring and activity books featuring themes like Cocomelon, Frozen, Paw Patrol, Spider man , Toy Story and Hello Kitty. My goal is to ensure that these children receive more than just a book ,I want to provide a high-quality, engaging experience that makes them feel seen, valued, and encouraged.

The Plan: I am launching this fundraiser to cover the costs of printing and assembly. My target is to raise R10,000 to produce +- 100 of these books, paired with a set of crayons for every child.

Fundraising: I will be collecting donations throughout July, coinciding with the spirit of Mandela Month.
