20, needing urgent funds for surgery

Hello everyone, I am 20 years old from Botswana. 

I have health conditions that has made my life extremely limited and painful. I have been diagnosed with stage sarcoidosis and complications of other health problems including: A growth of a tumor in my gallbladder, ovaries and fallopian tube, gastroenteritis and precancerous cells in the esophageal tract. These have lead to me being unable to attend and complete high school, go out to see friends or perform basic tasks because of how sick and in pain I become. 

These growths have not been confirmed to be cancer yet as I cannot afford a laproscopy or surgical procedure to remove and take biopsies of my lungs, ovaries and gastrointestinal organs. I was scheduled to have my gallbladder removed and have been scheduled for over a year to get surgeries, but I have never been able to afford any of it.
