Why am I doing what I am doing:
There is not enough THANK YOU to the doctors, who have literally saved my life. BUT there is as well the urgent need of a 2nd machine due to the influx of patients. The waiting time is long, not only for beds but for an MRI appointment.
So this is my wish - to make this better not only for the doctors helping more people, but to have a 2nd machine for just in case the other should be out of order.
This is my story and why I am asking for your assistance and kindness.
Before I was submitted last year on the 15th February 2023 to the Tygerberg hospital in Cape Town, I got slowly very sick. My right side did eventually not function anymore, nor did I have control over my bladder and bowl movements and I had no more balance. The symptoms where so severe that my speech started to be affected and my breathing. I could not walk properly anymore, nor write etc. Did I go to the doctor? Well, this is another story. Being told, that I had a stroke, or Myasthenia-gravis (neurological disorder with no cure). So wrong diagnoses...
