A single mother Reset2Happiness

Life sometimes asks for a reset, not because you failed, but because you’re brave enough to rebuild.

I am a working single mother, raising my child on my own. His father is absent and does not contribute meaningfully, which means the responsibility for both daily needs and future planning rests fully on me. I work hard and plan carefully, but at this stage, the gap between effort and stability has become too wide to manage alone.

This fundraising is about creating stability across different seasons, not just surviving the next month.

In the short term, the goal is to cover urgent, practical needs leading into February and  March 2026 - electricity, school shoes (tekkies), winter uniform and essential school-related items. These are the basics that allow a child to start the year feeling secure and included.

For the rest of 2026, the goal is consistency. A year where school needs are met, pressure is reduced, and my child can focus on learning rather than uncertainty.
