Divan is a young man who was building his life and future while working abroad in China when everything changed without warning. He was struck by severe bacterial meningitis, a devastating infection that escalated rapidly and placed him into a coma.

From that moment, his journey became one of survival.

He has remained in a mid-coma state for months, under intensive medical care, still fighting a serious and ongoing infection. His condition has been complicated by strokes and multiple neurosurgical procedures, including the insertion and removal of brain ports to manage pressure and infection.

It has been a long and uncertain road, measured not in days of progress, but in moments of stability, endurance, and continued treatment.
