There are moments in life when everything slows down, when your plans, ambitions, and strength are tested in ways you never imagined. For me, that moment came when I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

My name is Nwabisa Ndzuzo, and for as long as I can remember, I’ve lived to help others find their voice. As a youth development practitioner, speaker, and mentor, I’ve dedicated my life to building confidence and leadership in young people — especially those in under-resourced communities.

Through Speak2Inspire, the organisation I co-founded, I’ve trained hundreds of young leaders in public speaking, communication, and emotional intelligence. My workshops, delivered through schools, community programmes, and initiatives such as The Clothing Bank and Foundations for Life have opened doors for young people to express themselves, lead with purpose, and believe in their potential.
