Act Absurdly Kind: Our Seed Funding Campaign
Act Absurdly Kind is our seed funding campaign to help The Absurdly Kind Foundation build momentum and scale our lasting impact. Our goal is to raise R100,000, though we dream of surpassing it, perhaps even tripling it, so we can reach even further.
The allocation of your generosity is highly focused:
90% of all funds directly provide academic scholarships and micro creative grants to talented individuals.
10% of funds cover essential operational setup costs, including website development, marketing, and tax and accounting consultancy.
Our early contributors are permanently honored on our Founders’ Tree. Each of these vital supporters has their name represented as a leaf on this symbolic tree, showing that their generosity helped the foundation take root and flourish. This is our way of celebrating those who made the most courageous initial investments in kindness.
