Act Absurdly Kind

Act Absurdly Kind is our seed funding campaign to help The Absurdly Kind Foundation take its first steps toward creating lasting impact. Our goal is to raise R100,000 by March 2026, though we dream of surpassing it, perhaps even tripling it, so we can reach even further.

Approximately 10% of the funds will go toward essential setup costs, including company registration, website development, marketing, and tax and accounting consultancy, while the remaining 90% will be used to provide academic scholarships and micro creative grants throughout 2026.

Those who donate within the first three weeks of the campaign will be honoured on our Founders’ Tree. Each early contributor will have their name represented as a leaf on this symbolic tree, showing that their generosity helped the foundation take root and flourish. This is our way of celebrating those who make the earliest and most courageous investments in kindness.
