Alistair Runs for Rainbows

This year my comrades is dedicated to a cause that holds a very personal significance to me - Rainbows and Smiles Foundation.

My journey with childhood cancer began when my own daughter, Abigail was diagnosed with a Wilms tumor on her right kidney at the age of 7. What followed was a year filled with chemotherapy treatments after the surgical removal of the kidney and tumor. It was an incredibly challenging time for our family, but we were fortunate to have received an outpouring of support from our loved ones and community.

Now, I want to pay that support forward and extend a helping hand to other parents who are navigating the difficult journey of their child's cancer treatment. Rainbows and Smiles Foundation provides invaluable support to families facing childhood cancer, offering them comfort, assistance, and hope during their darkest moments.
