My name is Dallis, I am wanting to raise funds for my daughter Amy who urgently needs surgery to improve her quality of life and to prevent further complications and can not continue living on pain medication to cope.
She unfortunately is unemployed and does not have medical aid as she has moved back home and we are now trying to raise funds towards her surgery which my husband and I will be contributing towards as unfortunately we are unable to finance fully.
I will attach the surgeon's quotation for the surgery, which will take place in Fourways Gauteng as this is unfortunately the only hospital he operates from.
Thank you in advance for any forthcoming assistance which will be paid directly to the hospital , surgeon and aneasthetist.
