Ancha's Happiness Journey

Ancha, our always fun-loving and bubbly sister, was born with cerebral palsy and hydrocephalus.  She is severely disabled, both physically and intellectually, is in a wheelchair at all times and functionally cannot do anything for herself.  

Ancha had been cared for exclusively by our parents. Our dad passed away in 2019 and in September 2023 our mother passed away suddenly, leaving Ancha in our care. Unfortunately no financial provision had been made for Ancha's ongoing care and as her sisters, we are not equipped to provide sufficient care to Ancha's needs. 

At the end of February 2024 Ancha was accepted into Eric Miles Cheshire Home in Milnerton where she currently lives with a full-time carer. Due to Ancha's emotional needs it hasn't been possible to move her  into the home without a personal carer and this will continue in the short term until she has stabilised and integrated into the Home.
