Protea Village Land Claim

My Step father and his two sons have claimed my families land and are in the process of selling my birth and family home. I need this help to retain a lawyer and challenge my step family in court to put a hold on proceedings, until the court decides if my brothers and I have a legitimate claim to our paternal grandfathers' land that is being stolen by my step father and his two sons. My mother, who passed away before this could be shared equally, as was my mothers wish. I am afraid my brothers and I will be cut out of any of our legitimate and ancestral land.
