Please Help Hardus!!
Hardus is a loving and adventures boy age 13 that was diagnosed with T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia on 11 March 2026. We are starting this fundraising to assist with the extra medical cost and fuel for the parents.
They have a medical cover, but it does not cover all the expenses.
The family had to move from Groblersdal to Heidelberg agv work. Hardus got sick and coughed for a month without any symptoms. His mother took him to the GP and they told her its only Asma, and Hardus was referred to a Paediatric Pulmonologist Dr Carla Els were she confirmed that Hardus has a big gland that is pushing onto his air pipe and his milt and liver is swollen. Hardus was submitted to Hospital immediately for scans, sonars and tests.
Hardus was reffered to an oncologist Dr Kate Bennett and transfered to Gordon Mediclinic in Johannesburg were he was prepaired for surgery to do the LP and implant of the PICC Line were they confirmed that Hardus has T-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
