I’m reaching out to you today with a heartfelt request for support for our dear, sweet Isabella Weare. She is an 11 year old little girl who lives in the sleepy town of Ramsgate with her single daddy. He works extremely hard, but being a single dad with a chronically ill child brings huge daily challenges.
A month before Bella's fourth birthday, she sadly caught a dreaded virus which completely destroyed her pancreas' ability to produce insulin. Bella now has Type 1 diabetes with a 0% insulin producing function from her pancreas. Even with the pancreas not producing any insulin, it is still an important organ for other functions in the body. Due to this Bella has a very compromised immune system which has severely affected her health.
We are launching this BackaBuddy campaign and reaching out to all the kind souls out there to help us raise R15 000, towards medical costs to fix her teeth.
