Restore Antonie’s Sight, Restore His Life

My name is Leonie Myburgh, and I’m reaching out to ask for support for my husband, Antonie.

In 2025, Antonie became seriously ill with Covid-19, and since then, his eyesight has gradually deteriorated. Today, he has lost vision in one eye, and his second eye is declining quickly. Everyday tasks like reading, using his phone, or recognising faces have become increasingly difficult — but despite this, Antonie continues to stay strong for our family.

Right now, Antonie is at risk of losing his sight completely if we cannot act in time.

Antonie has always been a hardworking man and the provider for our household. Being unable to see clearly has not only affected his independence, but also his ability to work and support us in the way he always has. Still, he remains hopeful and determined to regain his sight and get back on his feet.
