Ayden Rossouw's Bulldog Journey

From the time Ayden could walk, he had a rugby ball in his hands. As his parents, we’ve watched his love for the game grow from those toddler years into a true passion that now drives him every single day. Rugby isn’t just a sport for Ayden — it’s where he finds joy, discipline, and purpose.  

At only 12 years old, Ayden has already achieved milestones that make us incredibly proud. Last year, he was chosen to represent the Oos-NoordWes rugby team, and he continues to shine in 7’s rugby at school. He plays for the Under‑13 First Team, excelling in the demanding positions of Loosehead Prop and Hooker — roles that require strength, resilience, and teamwork.  

Now, Ayden has been selected to join the BRSI Bulldogs Rugby Team on their international tour to Ireland in December 2026. This tour is a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity for him to showcase his talent and grow as a young athlete.
