Hi, my name is Baby Liam. I was born on the 25th of September and I am in NNICU.
I have a severe form of Meningitis. My daddy's medical aid only paid up until friday, 27th of September.
The problem is I need a new type of treatment, and will have to still be in NNICU for between 12 to 21 days.
The medical aid does not cover the cost, and we need to give the hospital a deposit, and pay the treatment as the time goes forward.
The amount we were given thus far, for 12 days was R200,000.00 this cost is only for NNICU, not for the Pediatrician or meds to be administered.
