Back Jessica's UWSFF Bodybuilding Tour to Italy

My name is Jessica Lightfoot. I am 19 years old, and I have just achieved a lifelong dream.

After months of grueling training, strict dieting, and endless personal sacrifices, I stepped onto the stage at the Shaye Best Classic and officially qualified for the UWSFF World Championships in Italy!

I have earned the incredible honour of representing South Africa in two highly competitive divisions:

Under 21 Bikini
Open Bikini (Over 171cm)

Wearing the green and gold to show the world what South African dedication looks like has been my ultimate dream since I was 17. Standing on that world stage is a privilege I am incredibly proud to have earned.

The Challenge: Getting to Italy
Representing our country at an elite international level comes with massive financial hurdles. As a young student athlete, funding this tour independently is a challenge I cannot face alone. I am reaching out to my community, sports fans, and fellow South Africans to help me cover these essential costs:
