Back KZN OCR Athletes to Reach World Champs

We have some incredible news, but we need a bit of help from our community to make the next step happen.

This past weekend, a group of athletes from our gym competed at the South African National Championships—and officially qualified to go to the World Championships in Beijing, China this coming September! They will be part of the very first international squad representing South Africa in this division of obstacle racing.

What is Obstacle Course Racing (OCR)?

For those who might not be familiar with it, OCR is a sport that tests pure athleticism, functional strength, and mental grit under fatigue. Internationally governed by the UIPM (the same body leading the sport toward its Olympic debut), the World Championship courses in Beijing are highly technical and incredibly demanding.
