Our Mission

Backing the Littles Movement was born from something I witnessed every day as a teacher.

I saw incredible children with endless potential whose circumstances were holding them back. Some came from disadvantaged backgrounds, while others lived with disabilities that caused people to focus on what they couldn't do instead of what they could become. I realised that sometimes all a child needs is someone who believes in them, stands beside them, and gives them an opportunity.

That is why Backing the Littles Movement exists.

Through endurance sport, we raise awareness, build partnerships, and generate funding that gives children the opportunity to experience hope, confidence, and belonging. We believe that every child deserves the chance to discover their potential, regardless of the challenges they face.
