Rebuild a home to rebuild a life

Hi Everyone. I am Monique, and I'm reaching out to you with a heavy heart and a deep sense of urgency. As some of you may know, I recently visited the Eastern Cape and had the privilege of meeting Laki's incredible family.

 

Now, fate has dealt them a cruel hand as the region grapples with devastating floods. Laki's aunt, the pillar of strength for her ailing mother and brother, has lost her home. In the aftermath of this tragedy, they find themselves without shelter, relying on the kindness of neighbours.

 

Having experienced their warmth and hospitality firsthand, I cannot stand idly by. So, I have launched this campaign to extend a helping hand to this loving family in their time of need.
