Dear Friends and Family,
Every year on my birthday, I choose to give back to a cause close to my heart—the Cape of Good Hope SPCA. This year, I'm dedicating my birthday to Toby, a brave soul who was recently rescued under heartbreaking circumstances, and to all the other animals who desperately need our help.
Meet Toby: A Story of Survival and Hope
Toby was rescued this past weekend by the vigilant Inspector Jeffrey Mfini after distressing reports of neglect. It was alleged that Toby harmed a cat and was subsequently punished by his owners through starvation, confined to a small alley beside their home. This act of cruelty is now being addressed through criminal prosecution, thanks to the SPCA's intervention.
