Blackie needs surgery, could you please help us?

It should be called "Back-a-Blackie"

Blackie and her 3 puppies were picked up on Saturday after neglect was reported. Blackie's leg has been broken for 2 weeks, we took her to MULDERSDRIFT VET where they confirmed that it was broken, they also confirmed with an xray that it was a very bad break and could not be treated with putting a plate in. The best they can do is amputate the leg, she has already adjusted well to being on 3 legs so this is not an issue. Her surgery is rescheduled for Wednesday because we did not get nearly enough donations in to take her today. The cost of the operation is R8000-R10 000 but they will do it for R4500. We hope and pray that we will get the necessary funds in. We can not leave her to suffer any longer. Her puppies are 4 weeks old and we have to wean them because mommy will be at the vet for 2 days. The dogs are infested with ticks, fleas and mites. We got spray for ticks and fleas for puppies from the vet on Saturday but only found out about the mites yesterday and will ask for treatment at the vet today as they were all closed when I went...
