When you meet your other half, you rarely expect to meet them... While on the other side of the world.
List (Gert-Jan Decoene) and I met ages ago through mutual friends (thank you Valorant). Over time, friendship developed into something more and we were lucky enough to have him visit SA in order to see where our relationship would go.
3 months later and he had to go back to Belgium due to VISA restrictions - also one of the hardest moments of our lives.
Together we made the decision for him to move to SA full time and become a permanent resident. We have managed to secure an employment contract in order for him to apply for a works Visa - the big problem we are facing? Finances.
As we all know - traveling is expensive. Giving up your life as you know it and moving across the world is even more expensive. We would like to reach out to the community and ask for any assistance possible in order to cover VISA, travelling and all other fees involved wit...
