Endometriosis South Africa

Hello there,

I'm Bontle Moka, and I'm deeply passionate about advocating for those who face the challenges of endometriosis, particularly in South Africa (@endometriosis.za on Instagram + @endometriosisSA on X). 

My decision to become an advocate for endometriosis is rooted in my desire to share my personal journey and create a supportive community in South Africa and around the world. I believe that by doing so, we can establish a safe space and dismantle the stigma surrounding menstruation. Together, we can shine a brighter light on the excruciating condition known as endometriosis and seek pathways to healing.

Living with endometriosis is more than “just bad periods.” It’s daily pain, fatigue, multiple surgeries, blocked fallopian tubes, months of waiting to see specialists, depression, anxiety, and the financial strain of managing a condition that feels invisible but impacts every part of life.
