HEARTBREAKING EMERGENCY: WE NEED A NEW HOME FOR BORDER COLLIE RESCUE NPO 006 620

 - AFTER 21 YEARS 

We are facing the darkest hour in our history. For 29 incredible years, Border Collie Rescue NPO 006 620 has been a sanctuary, a hope, and a home for thousands of forgotten, abandoned, and surrendered border collies in South Africa. We have poured our hearts into saving this beautiful, brilliant Border Collie breed. Many of you know our current BCR team of Julie, DV, Gill & Ellie and our founding members Irene, Kay & Lynette. But today our hearts are completely shattered. We need a new home for X-MAS.

We are at a critical crossroads, and we have never needed you more than we do right now; time is critical. The kennels our home for the last 21 years has unfortunately been sold, and the new owners will not continue with kenneling. We see a large intake of dogs due to many farmers taking up the refugee program in the USA. There is such a need for the work we do but sadly, this means we will no longer take any rescue collies in till we know what comes...
