Our Story:

We are reaching out to our community with urgent hearts to ask for support for Theresa Evans, a 55-year-old mother, friend, and fighter who is currently facing an extremely severe health crisis. Theresa has been diagnosed with Primary Pulmonary Heart Disease and Cor Pulmonale—chronic illnesses that severely affect both her heart and her lungs.

Because of this condition, Theresa's oxygen levels can dangerously drop from a normal range all the way down to a life-threatening 18%. She is currently deeply distressed, chronically ill, and completely unable to work or earn an income. Her health is deteriorating rapidly, and she desperately needs specialized medical equipment and daily care to survive and find comfort.
