My name is Neli Hayes

 I am a Sassa pensioner 

a widow and 65 years old.

My husband fell ill on the 16th April 2016.

He had 5 consecutive strokes on one day. 

He was working for a transport company at that time

He was then put on permanent disability 

The first 3 years of the illness was manageable and he coped well 

Then it went downhill later on nappies etc. I nursed him until het died in my bed on the 18th April 2022.

We have lost EVERYTHING.

I managed to get a car from my neighbor who's husband also passed away. 

I am still paying the car off. 

When I got the car I had to replace the CVs and brakes. Few months later it was the clutch and pressure plate that gave in. R3500 

So now the actual problem

On the 4th of December I took a lady to the Potch hospital at 6 in the morning. 

Left her there and came home. At 2 in the afternoon I went to fetch her and we came home. Parked the car and nothing wrong. Not a problem of a day old.
