Burnley United Transport Fundraiser

Burnley United AFC is more than a football club — we are a family.

Each week, we transport our junior players from their homes across communities such as Lotus River, Retreat, Egoli, Lavender Hill, Pelican Park, and Parkwood to and from their match-day venues. With 4–5 vehicles in operation every weekend, transport costs average around R2,000 per week, funded largely through donations and community support.

Our mission is simple: to give approximately 100 young players a positive escape from the challenges of their everyday surroundings through football. Every Saturday, these children arrive excited to represent their club, spend time with their teammates, and enjoy the game they love. We also ensure that our junior players receive a meal on match days.
