Hi, My name is Hannelie in 2014 I was diagnosed with crohns disease which I have been struggling for years and now it went over to gastro intestinal cancer. It has spread to my bladder my intestines' , my stomach and lymph nodes I started bleeding from my bladder and stomach I urgently need to go for an operation, my life is hanging on a thread.
