Help us break a world record for cancer awareness!
6 000 ribbons. One car. Countless stories of hope.
In 2025, a team of South Africans united by courage and compassion will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most awareness ribbons on a car - with a goal of 6 000 ribbons proudly displayed on a Renault Duster 4x4.
Led by cancer survivor and fighter Billy Cowley, together with Babette (a cancer survivor), Anel Alexander (who lost her beloved husband to cancer and has a soft spot for this cause), and Kate Hayes (a brave 9-year-old survivor), this initiative honours every person touched by cancer - those fighting, those remembered, and those who inspire us every day.
Each ribbon represents a message of hope, remembrance, or support.
The current record stands at 5 637 ribbons, and our goal is to reach at least 6 000 ribbons on a Renault Duster - all within 8 hours.
