Cape Mental Health’s flagship event since 1994, it is one of Cape Town’s most cherished events, raising awareness of mental health every October. It stands as a symbol of community strength and resilience and our shared journey towards well-being.

At Cape Mental Health, we firmly believe that every child and adult deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they may face. Children with disabilities, in particular, often confront unique challenges in their growth and learning, and our mission is to provide the specialised support they need to thrive.
