At Connect, we believe that sport has the power to change lives.
Every year, the Connect Festival of Unity brings together young people from diverse communities across Cape Town through rugby, sport, leadership, and opportunity. The festival is more than a competition – it is a platform where talented young athletes can showcase their potential, build friendships, and develop the confidence to pursue their dreams.
This December 2026, Connect has been invited to participate in the prestigious Global Schools Challenge in Chiang Mai, Thailand. The tournament brings together school teams from around the world, providing young athletes with the opportunity to compete internationally, experience different cultures, and represent South Africa on a global stage.
To make this opportunity accessible, we will be selecting a representative team of rugby players from the Connect Festival of Unity. These young men will earn their place through commitment, character, sportsma...
