Help Carla Get to IFBB World Champs

Winning SA champs and receiving my protea colours is a dream come true.

This prep was undoubtedly the toughest I've ever experienced,here's why. My dad suffered a heart attack during this prep, and his life hung in the balance. The fear, the uncertainty, the pain - it was there. But I made a choice. I chose to channel all that into my training, my discipline, and my determination.

Every rep, every set, every meal  was all for him. Being a full-time university student studying food science added another layer of complexity. Juggling academia with the emotional rollercoaster of my dad's health was tough.

Today, as I stand here as the Bikini Fitness Champion of SA, I know in my heart that this victory belongs to my dad as much as it does to me. Every obstacle, every hurdle I faced during this prep was worth it. There were times when I doubted myself, times when I wanted to give up, but I pushed through.

 Why? Because just stepping on that stage, with no expectations, was already a victory in itself. Life threw challenges at me, but I refused...
