At the age of 9, Cassey found a new home at the Abraham Kriel Children’s Home in Nylstroom, placed there due to circumstances beyond her control. She is now in her final year at Nylstroom High School and is determined to become a lawyer.
Her dream is clear: to fight for those without a voice and to ensure justice for those who cannot defend themselves. With her strong personality, love of reading, and relentless drive to succeed, she prepares herself daily for a future that will change her life — a future where she can finally make her mark on the world.
But she cannot do it alone. She needs your help.
Cassey plans to begin her LLB studies at Akademia in 2026. The cost for this four-year course is R65,000 per year, a total of R260 000.
Our goal is to raise these funds with the help of our supporters. This will ensure that she has the necessary resources to succeed.
