Celebrating 100 Years of Assisting the Blind to Walk Unafraid.
In 2026, the Johannesburg Society for the Blind (JSB) celebrates an extraordinary milestone:1 100 years of empowering blind and visually impaired individuals in South Africa.
For a century, JSB has provided:
- Second Chance Matric Programme.
- Assistive technology training.
- Employment pathways
- Independent living support
- Skills development
To honor this legacy and build the future, we are launching the “100 Years of Vision” campaign.
Our goal is simple:
100 000 people donating R100 each
